- A 10% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The Balance of payment is due 60 days before commencement of the Experience.
- Cancellation charges:

Up to 61 days before commencement date: deposit only
- 60 to 43 days before commencement date: 30 % of total cost
- 42 to 29 days before commencement date: 45 % of total cost
- 28 to 15 days before commencement date: 60 % of total cost
- 15 to 8 days before commencement date: 80 % of total cost
- 7 days or less before commencement date: 100 % of total cost
- Cancellation policy:
Wild Time reserves the right to cancel a booking as a result of extreme circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event of this occurrence, you will immediately be refunded the full amount paid by yourself if an alternative suitable booking cannot be made.
- Proof of adequate Travel Insurance must be provided by the participant prior to commencement of the course.
- The quoted price includes all tuition and study materials, all activities, shared accommodation and all food, tea coffee and cordials.
- The price does not include your travel insurance costs, flight transfers, alcoholic beverages, fizzy drinks, sweets and snacks, curios, souvenirs or other items of a personal nature which are available for purchase.
